Hi, I’m RK Cerilli.

I’ve spent much of my life behind the scenes of experiences people remember—working in entertainment, hospitality, travel, and guest experience, and learning what it takes to make complicated things feel effortless.

I’ve performed professionally. I’ve helped create and lead experiences in theme parks and on stages. I’ve worked in hospitality, built teams, solved problems when things didn’t go according to plan, and spent years traveling full-time. Along the way, I learned something that has shaped the way I approach every trip:

The little details matter. And when something goes wrong, having someone who knows what to do matters even more.

That’s why I became a Concierge Travel Advisor.

I don’t believe travel planning should feel like another job on your to-do list. You shouldn’t have to spend hours comparing resorts, deciphering room categories, wondering whether an itinerary actually makes sense, or trying to figure out what you might be missing.

That’s where I come in.

I listen to what you actually want from your vacation—not just where you want to go. I ask the questions that help uncover the details that matter, then use my experience and resources to turn those answers into a thoughtfully planned trip.

And because travel doesn’t always go exactly according to plan, I bring something else to the table: a calm, solutions-focused approach when the unexpected happens.

Whether I’m planning a Disney adventure, a cruise, a theme park getaway, or a completely customized journey, my goal is the same:

To know your trip well enough that you can relax and enjoy it.
